Participation in the "EU Career Day" (28.04.21, online)

On April 28, 2021, the EU Career Day was held in Uman by the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine and Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna with the support of the National Erasmus Office — Ukraine. The purpose of the event is to disseminate information on ways of professional growth and career opportunities for young people in Uman and Cherkasy region in the context of Ukraine’s European integration.

During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn about global / European trends in professional competences; to meet the demand of employers in qualified personnel; on training and internship opportunities not only in the private sector but also in the civil service.

The event also included a presentation of opportunities for students, graduates, freelancers and other organizations under the EU Erasmus+ Programme. Manager of NEO — Ukraine Kateryna Zhdanova focused on key aspects of successful participation in competitions for grants in exchange for training and practice, internships and teaching, as well as scholarships for joint Erasmus Mundus master's programs. Participants received clear recommendations and step-by-step instructions for participating in competitions and preparing documents to achieve results!
