National Erasmus+ Office webinars' (8-9.04.21, online)

The NEO team in Ukraine together with representatives of higher education institutions and other Ukrainian organizations on April 8-9, 2021 took part in a webinar from the National Erasmus+ Office in Armenia on the possibilities of a new competition of the EU Erasmus+ Erasmus Mundus and Jean Monnet. The event was supported by the EASEA Executive Agency, representatives of successful Erasmus+ projects from Ukraine, Armenia and Georgia. More than 330 representatives from different countries of the Eastern Partnership, including Ukraine, took part in the online events.

Speakers of the event were: Gonzalo Serrano, Head of Cooperation Department, EU Delegation to Armenia; Artur Martirosyan, RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport; Arkadi Papoyan, Head of International Relations Department, RA Ministry of Education Science, Culture and Sport; Tigran Samvelian, Head of the European Department, RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Lana Karlova, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office — Armenia; Despina Christadoni, Project Officer, Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA); Salome Bilanishvili, Head of International Relations Office, Ilia State University, Georgia; Ruben Topchyan, Director of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance, Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Expert (HERE-Armenia); Ekaterine Kardava, Jean Monnet Module EUEAA Coordinator, Caucasus University, Gori State Teaching University, Georgia; Anna Khvorostiankina, Jean Monnet Module Coordinator, Brusov State University; Kristina Gevorgyan, Jean Monnet Module Coordinator, Yerevan State University, Center for European Studies, HERE-Armenia; Zhanar Medeubaeva, JMC “European Diplomacy,” Head of the Department of Regional Studies of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Kazakhstan; Irine Kurdadze, JMC “Understanding EU Policy for Equality” (UEUPE) Director, Institute of International Law, Tbilisi State University, Georgia; Oksana Holovko-Havrysheva, Head of the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine.

On April 8, a webinar on "Erasmus+ Call 2021: Erasmus Mundus Design Measures and Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters" was held, and on April 9, the day was dedicated to "Erasmus+ Call 2021: Jean Monnet Activities". During both events, the new Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027, features and opportunities for participation of Eastern Partnership organizations were considered, and the conditions for participation in Erasmus Mundus and Jean Monnet competitions in accordance with the new rules of the Programme were presented in detail. In addition, participants listened to presentations from experienced representatives of successful Erasmus+ projects in relevant fields.
