On November 19, the Methodological Seminar "Ways and Mechanisms of Improving the Competitiveness of Ukrainian Universities" organized by the NAES of Ukraine, the Department of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine, the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine, and the University of Education Management began. The methodological seminar brought together in a scientific discussion respected scientists and managers - academicians of the NAS of Ukraine, NAES of Ukraine, rectors of the best universities of Ukraine, educators and other stakeholders.

On November 18, 2020, the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine (EU Project) together with the Kherson State Maritime Academy with the participation of representatives of the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts of the EU Erasmus+ Programme and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance held an online seminar quality assurance of higher education: development of educational programs and their accreditation". The event was joined by about 300 representatives of higher education institutions and research institutions of the south-eastern region.

On November 18, 2020, Erasmus+ Day was organized at the National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov. The event was held by ESN-Kyiv together with the National Erasmus+ Office — Ukraine.
